Send a useful request
Use the Contact us form below. Include your account email, any public listing URL, what happened and the outcome you are requesting. Never include passwords, payment card details or an identity document in an ordinary support email.
Transaction questions
Ask the seller about stock, booking dates and refunds through the listing’s message button. The marketplace does not receive payments or confirm bookings. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Privacy and account closure
For access, correction, deletion or account-closure requests, use the privacy contact below and identify your account and the action requested. Making a worker profile private or closing a vacancy does not delete your account or existing messages. Do not send your password or identity documents by email.
