Seller hub promotions and sponsored listing terms
A seller hub promotion is an on-site advertisement that gives every eligible listing in that hub a ranking benefit when it matches the buyer’s search and filters.

How ranking works
Eligible listings from an actively promoted seller hub receive a promotion component within LokoKat’s best-match ranking. Relevance, freshness, listing quality, seller trust, recent interest and safety penalties still apply, so promotion does not guarantee the first position, impressions, enquiries, sales or bookings. All selected category, location, currency, seller-status and search filters continue to apply.
Requesting a promotion
A seller requests one promotion for the entire seller hub. Top lasts 7 days, Boost lasts 30 days and Business lasts 90 days. Both approved and non-approved businesses may request promotion, but the hub must contain at least one available, visible and approved listing. An administrator reviews the request. Requesting promotion does not take payment. Promotion pricing, payment method and cancellation or refund terms must be agreed with the seller before activation.
Duration and cancellation
A hub promotion starts when approved and ends at its displayed expiry time. It covers every eligible listing already in the hub and any eligible listing added while the promotion remains active. There is no automatic renewal. The seller can cancel a pending request or stop an active promotion; an administrator can reject or stop it. An unavailable or hidden listing receives no promotion benefit, and a suspended hub receives none. The expiry time does not pause.
Honesty and disclosure
Sponsored listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsorship does not confer seller ID approval, product endorsement, professional licensing or buyer protection. The ordinary seller and content rules continue to apply. No amount of promotion overrides visibility restrictions or selected buyer filters.
Cookies and tracking
These promotions use on-site contextual ranking without behavioural tracking, advertising cookies, impression pixels or an external advertising network. If optional tracking-based advertising is introduced later, the privacy/cookie notices and any required consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
