Buy and communicate carefully

Keep the listing link, written terms and payment evidence. Ask questions about condition, ownership, availability and transaction terms. Treat pressure to pay immediately, implausible prices and requests for passwords or one-time codes as warning signs. Do not share identity documents in marketplace chat.

Meetings and property visits

Choose safe meeting arrangements and inspect goods where practical. Verify that a property or business exists and that the seller may offer it. A map pin, photo or approval badge alone is not proof of ownership, safety or licensing. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Report a problem

Use the contact details below to report a listing, account, intellectual-property concern or abusive conduct. Include the public listing URL, relevant dates and a concise explanation. Preserve original evidence, but do not publish someone else’s private information. The operator may ask for further information and can moderate accounts and listings.

Approval is limited

Approved indicates an ID review, not transaction insurance or a guarantee. Both approved and non-approved sellers must follow the same listing and conduct rules.

Messages and suspicious links

LokoKat blocks web links in private messages to reduce phishing and misleading payment pages. Buyers and sellers may freely discuss prices, deposits, bank transfers, mobile money and other arrangements in plain text. LokoKat does not place private message history in the ordinary administrator interface. A participant may report specific conduct and describe the evidence administrators should review.

Enforcement and appeals

LokoKat may warn, temporarily suspend or permanently suspend seller accounts for rule violations. The seller receives a reason, may submit an appeal, and receives the review decision. Permanent enforcement may retain one-way hashes of the account email and listed seller phone to prevent replacement seller profiles. Internal notes and audit records are restricted to administrators.
