Payments, refunds and cancellations
Buyers pay sellers directly. The seller’s disclosed terms and applicable law govern the transaction.

Before you agree
Ask the seller to confirm the full price, currency, taxes, mandatory fees, deposits, service or collection dates, returns, refund timing and cancellation conditions in writing. For stays, confirm dates, guests, check-in, included facilities and whether a deposit is refundable. A listing’s price may be per item, night, hour or another displayed unit.
Returns and problems
Contact the seller through the original conversation, explain the issue and retain photos, receipts and messages. Ask for the remedy available under the agreed terms and applicable law. A seller’s “no refunds” statement cannot override mandatory consumer rights. Rights and time limits differ by transaction and jurisdiction; this page does not create a universal refund period.
Platform role
LokoKat Marketplace does not hold funds or process refunds, chargebacks, deposits or booking cancellations. We cannot reverse payments made to a seller. Where relevant, contact your payment provider about its own dispute options. Report misleading or prohibited listings to the marketplace so moderation can be considered; moderation does not itself resolve a financial dispute.
